Νatalia Poulou

Νatalia Poulou was born in Piraeus, and is married with two children.

BA in Archaeology from the University of Athens. D.E.A. and Doctorat nouveau regime, University Paris I Pantheon – Sorbonne. She worked as a contract archaeologist in Attica. She taught at the University of Crete in 1995 and 1996 and also at the graduate programme of the same University in 1999 and 2000. She is an assistant professor of Byzantine Archaeology at the Department of History and Archaeology of the University of Thessaloniki. Member of the Christian Archaeological Society, of the Association Internationale pour l’ Etude des Ceramiques Medievales Mediterraneennes (AIECM 2), as well as of ICOM.
